We collect only the information needed to deliver training, issue certificates, and operate our business:

Registration & certification data: name, email, phone, the course and date you register for, the certifying location, and the results required to issue your certificate.
Payment information: processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit-card numbers on our servers.
Contact & inquiry data: information you submit through our contact, group-training, and newsletter forms.
Technical data: standard web log and analytics data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected when you use our website.

3. How we use your information

To register you for courses, deliver training, and issue and verify certificates.
To process payments and provide receipts.
To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
To send certification-expiry reminders and, where you have opted in, occasional training updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
To meet legal, regulatory, and WSIB record-keeping obligations.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We share personal information only as needed to operate, and only with parties bound to protect it:

Authorized providers in our network who deliver the course you register for.
Service providers such as payment processors, scheduling/booking platforms, and email delivery services.
Regulators where required by law or to validate certification (e.g., WSIB or Ministry of Labour inspections).

We do not sell your personal information.
